Ross Longo of Longo Commercial Advisors represented Lennox Industries on a 252,187 SF extension of its distribution center lease in Carrollton, Texas in 2020. Prior to that, Ross and Longo Commercial Advisors represented Lennox Industries in a 278,734 SF extension of its distribution center lease in Grove City, Ohio, near Columbus, in 2019.
